If you are purchasing from Australia, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under applicable consumer laws in your country, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) and the Australian Consumer Law.
