Shipping Policy
We aim to make your Mister Loyal experience as seamless as possible,
from checkout to delivery.
Processing and Dispatch
Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the
next working day.
Our daily cut-off for same-day processing is 12pm. Orders placed before
12pm on a working day will be prioritised for dispatch that day where
possible. During peak periods or high-volume times, processing may take
an additional day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation
email with your tracking details. New Zealand
Carrier: NZ Post
Shipping rates:
- Free shipping on orders over $150
- $8 flat rate (urban delivery)
- $13 flat rate (rural delivery)
Delivery timeframes:
- North Island: 1-3 business days
- South Island: 2-5 business days
- Rural areas: allow an additional 2-3 business days on top of the above
All NZ orders are tracked.
Australia
Carrier: Australia Post, dispatched from Melbourne
Shipping rates:
- Free shipping on orders over $150
- $10 standard shipping
- $20 express shipping
Delivery timeframes (from dispatch):
- Melbourne metro: 1-2 business days
- Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra: 2-4 business days
- Brisbane: 3-5 business days
- Perth: 5-7 business days
- Regional areas: allow 1-3 additional business days on top of the above
All Australian orders are tracked.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer standard international shipping. If you are
located outside New Zealand or Australia and would like to place an
order, please contact us at meiken@misterloyal.shop and we will do our
best to help.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking has not updated after 10 business days from dispatch,
please contact us at meiken@misterloyal.shop. We will lodge an
investigation with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated
throughout the process.
