Shipping & Delivery

New Zealand orders are dispatched from the North Island.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
– North Island: 1–3 business days
– South Island: 2–5 business days
– Rural addresses: please allow an additional 2–3 days -
We offer free shipping on New Zealand orders over $100.
For orders under $100:
– Urban delivery: $10
– Rural delivery: $12 -
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.
Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Full details can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Yes, you can return your item within 30 days if it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping costs are not refunded. Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

We’ll fix it. If you receive the wrong product, we’ll refund the full purchase price and cover all shipping costs.
